'ClickDay' (hereinafter the "Company" or "Service") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, and other relevant laws, in order to protect users' personal information and to handle any related grievances promptly and smoothly.

1. Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods

The Service collects the following personal information for member registration, smooth provision of the service, and customer consultation.

• Required items: Email address, user nickname (ID), password
• Optional items: Profile image (avatar), display name, bio, camera equipment information, Instagram link
• Items generated and collected during use of the service:
  • Photo files uploaded by users, along with the location information (latitude, longitude) and camera metadata (EXIF: camera model, lens, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focal length, etc.) contained therein
  • Service usage records, access logs, cookies, IP address, device information, and device location information (only when GPS access has been permitted)

2. Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

• Member management: Confirming intent to register, identifying users, processing registration and withdrawal, identity verification, preventing fraudulent use by delinquent members and unauthorized use, and delivering notices
• Service provision and customization: Providing a map-based photo and shooting-information sharing platform, providing information on nearby shooting spots based on the user's location, composing personal profile pages, and providing feed recommendation and bookmark/like features
• Service improvement and statistics: Improving features through analysis of service visits and usage records, and developing new services and stabilizing the service
• Fulfillment of legal obligations: Complying with obligations to prevent the distribution of illegally filmed content and responding to requests for data submission under applicable laws

3. Handling of Personal Information Related to Location-Based Services

The Service provides location-based services, such as displaying the shooting location of photos on a map and searching for nearby spots based on the user's current location.

• Collection and use of location information: When a user uploads a photo containing GPS information, the Company collects the relevant location information (latitude, longitude) and displays it on the map. In addition, when a user activates the "view by my location" feature, the Company uses the device's real-time GPS information.
• Retention and destruction: Location information is destroyed once the purpose of providing the service has been achieved, or when the user deletes the content or withdraws from membership.

4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys users' personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, the Company retains information for the periods specified below in the following cases:

• Retention pursuant to internal company policy:
  • Restricting re-registration by withdrawn members and preventing fraudulent use: Email and identifiers are retained for 30 days from the date of withdrawal
• Retention pursuant to relevant laws:
  • Service usage records, access logs, IP information (Protection of Communications Secrets Act): 3 months
  • Records relating to contracts or withdrawal of subscription, etc. (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce): 5 years
